When a scope needs more hands than our core crews, or lands in a region where a local crew makes more sense than mobilizing our own, we bring in subcontract crews and independent technicians who meet the same insurance and certification bar we hold ourselves to.
This isn't a job posting — we're not hiring W-2 employees through this page. It's a standing relationship for crews and technicians who want steady subcontract scope through the GC and tower owner relationships we already have, instead of chasing one-off jobs on their own.
What We Require
- General liability insurance with limits adequate for tower work, and the ability to add a client as additional insured when a scope requires it
- Workers' compensation coverage for your crew
- OSHA-10/30 as applicable, and climber/rescue certification (ANSI/ASSP Z359) for any climbing work
- Qualified rigger/signal person training (ANSI/ASSP A10.48) for crews taking on rigging-involved scopes
- Your own tools and climbing/rigging equipment in current, inspected condition
- Ability to produce a site-specific JSA and, where applicable, a rigging plan for your own scope
What We Offer
- Subcontract scope sourced through our existing GC, turf vendor and tower owner relationships — you're not responsible for finding the client
- Clear scope and paperwork handed to you upfront — SOW, drawings or RF data sheets, site access details — the same documentation we require of ourselves
- Paid against completed scope or agreed milestones, consistent with standard subcontract practice in this trade
- Repeat work when the fit is right — we'd rather build a standing relationship with a crew that performs than re-vet a new one for every job
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a job, or a subcontract relationship?
Subcontract. You carry your own insurance, certifications and equipment, and work scopes as an independent crew or technician — this page isn't a W-2 hiring posting.
Do you work with solo technicians, or only full crews?
Both, depending on the scope — some jobs call for a single certified technician (an inspection, a sweep test), others need a full rigging crew. Tell us what you run when you reach out.
What regions are you looking for crew partners in?
Nationwide, with particular interest outside our core Philadelphia PA, Florida and Colorado bases, where a local or regional crew can mobilize faster than we can.
