Overview
Erection is the part of this trade where the tolerance for shortcuts is zero — a tower that's out of plumb, under-torqued or missing a grounding connection is a structure that fails an inspection or, worse, fails in a storm. We stack sections to the manufacturer's drawing, bolt to the specified torque, check plumb at each lift, and ground every section as it goes up, not after the fact.
We erect monopole, self-support lattice and guyed structures, and we handle section replacement on existing towers — swapping a damaged or undersized section without starting the job over from the foundation.
What's Included
- New monopole erection — single and multi-section, set on completed foundation
- Self-support lattice tower erection, section by section from base to top
- Guyed tower erection, including guy wire tensioning and anchor hookup
- Section replacement on existing structures — swapping damaged, corroded or undersized sections
- Flange bolt-up to manufacturer torque spec, with a torque log per connection
- Plumb and alignment verification at each lift stage
- Grounding system tie-in as sections go up, including down conductors and ground bar connections
- Obstruction lighting conduit and fixture tie-in during erection
